Gluten -free
We went gluten free a couple of months ago, so I am experimenting with a lot of different stuff. Tonight I made Gluten free brownies, they are cooling as I speak, so hopefully, they will taste okay,we will see. I just got copied a graham cracker recipes off the Gluten-free Goddess. I hope by Christmas to be an excellent gluten- free baker. My son has alot of food allergies, gluten intolerance is a recent one. He is being checked for celiac in the fall. God has helped us through this all. He has been walking me through it and helping us find what he can and can't eat.
